Designed to deliver consistent quality and great value, it combines bright citrus and floral notes with crisp, mouth-watering acidity, making it versatile both as an aperitif and at the table.

Tasting Notes
Appearance: Very pale with bright green hues in the glass.
Aroma: Floral spring flower aromatics including jasmine and apple blossom, complemented by fresh nashi pear, kaffir lime and subtle ginger spice.
Palate: Juicy citrus flavours (lime juice, lemon zest) with bright, crisp acidity; hints of Thai basil, lemongrass and a touch of exotic spice add complexity, finishing long and clean.

Region: South Eastern Australia – fruit sourced from cool-climate districts including Clare Valley and Eden Valley.

Varietal: Riesling (approx. 95 %) with a small portion of Traminer (approx. 5 %).
