By accessing and using the Kiwi Liquor Ltd website and placing orders through it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Sale and Supply of Alcohol
Kiwi Liquor is a licensed alcohol retailer under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
The sale and supply of alcohol are subject to the following conditions:
Customers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol.
Proof of age is required upon delivery. Acceptable forms of identification include:
New Zealand Driver’s Licence
Passport
HANZ 18+ Card or Kiwi Access Card
It is a criminal offence to purchase alcohol on behalf of individuals under 18 years of age (proxy purchasing).
First-time customers must upload a valid ID at the time of registration. Orders may be confirmed through a verification phone call or email.
Kiwi Liquor reserves the right to cancel any order or refuse delivery if age verification fails.

3. Sale of Non-Regulated Products
Products such as soft drinks, chocolates, and snacks are available for purchase by individuals above 18 years only. All food products:
Are stored, handled, and dispatched in accordance with the Food Act 2014.
Are accompanied by allergen and nutritional information where applicable.
Must be consumed at the discretion of the consumer. Kiwi Liquor accepts no liability for allergen-related issues.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Instant Delivery
Instant delivery is offered to select suburbs as listed on the website.
Minimum order for Instant delivery is $30
A flat rate of $5.99 applies for Instant delivery
Delivery Included for orders exceeding $70
While Kiwi Liquor aims to deliver within 60 minutes, this is not guaranteed. External factors may cause delays.
4.2 Standard Auckland Region Delivery
Deliveries are made exclusively to Auckland region residential addresses through NZ Couriers.
Alcohol and regulated products cannot be left unattended at any address.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery, a “Card to Call” will be left, and it is the recipient’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or pickup from NZ courier depot.
Re-delivery fees may apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect or missing identification.
Delivery charges for Spirits and Wine are calculated per bottle. Beer and RTDs are charged by weight.
Kiwi Liquor reserves the right to review and adjust freight charges. Additional fees may apply for:
Rural addresses
Differences between estimated and actual courier charges
Where additional freight costs are incurred, the customer will be contacted and required to pay the difference prior to dispatch. If the customer refuses, the order will be cancelled and refunded, provided dispatch has not occurred.
4.3 Standard Northland and Rural Delivery
Orders to Outer Auckland region and rural addresses are subject to additional delivery costs as determined by NZ Couriers.
The website is not currently equipped to calculate rural delivery charges at checkout.
These charges will be calculated based on the delivery address and communicated to the customer before dispatch.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
All orders placed via the website are subject to confirmation and availability.
Kiwi Liquor reserves the right to cancel or refund any order under the following circumstances:
The ordered products are out of stock
The delivery address falls outside of the serviceable area
Age verification fails
Customers may cancel orders prior to dispatch for a full refund.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns are only accepted under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST, unless otherwise specified.
Kiwi Liquor endeavours to maintain accurate pricing on its website. In the event of a pricing error:
The customer will be notified
The customer may elect to pay the correct price or cancel the order
Orders will not proceed until pricing issues are resolved.
Payment is processed through secure third-party gateways. Kiwi Liquor does not store payment card details.
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms and may be withdrawn without notice.
Method of payment: Customers must pay for the Products purchased by credit card, poli, apple pay. Kiwi Liquor Online Shopping does not accept EFTPOS card, cash, cheque, voucher or any other form of payment. Payment can be made directly to the bank account by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card:
If a customer’s credit card is declined by its financial institution, delivery of the relevant order will not be made, and Kiwi Liquor will contact the Customer to make alternative payment arrangements.
Kiwi Liquor reserves the right to refuse to accept payment from any particular Customer by credit card for any reason whatsoever.
Adjustments:
If a Customer is invoiced an incorrect amount for any Product ordered, Kiwi Liquor shall be paid by, or refund to, the Customer the necessary adjustment amount to reflect the correct amount which should have been invoiced.
Debt collection:
The Customer is liable for all costs associated with debt collection where the Customer defaults in payment for any order.
Change to payment policy:
Kiwi Liquor may change at any time the way in which a customer pays for Products.
7. Returns and Refunds
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, customers are entitled to a refund, replacement, or store credit in the event that a product:
Is faulty or damaged upon arrival
Does not match the description on the website
Is expired or unsafe for consumption
Please note: Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for alcohol, food, or regulated products for health and safety reasons.
8. Privacy and Personal Information
Kiwi Liquor complies with the Privacy Act 2020 in handling personal information.
Personal information is used solely for the purpose of order fulfilment and customer communication.
Information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties, except as required for service provision or by law.
Customers may request access to, or correction of, their personal information at any time.
Information Collection and Use
Kiwi Liquor is a trading name of Sirijadinesh Trading Ltd, a 100% New Zealand-owned company. We collect customer data during:
Account registration, which may include name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and a password
Order placement and checkout processes
9. Liability
Kiwi Liquor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, or damage resulting from the use of our products or services.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to third-party courier services, adverse weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or its services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
