Smokehead Sherry Bomb Islay 48% 700ml

A whisky that is more explosive than a cannonball, from the war fleet Armada in Spain! It was stored exclusively in Oloroso sherry casks and comes from the island of Islay.

But only the producers of Ian MacLeod Distillers know about which distilleries exactly.
Anyway, it is not only a sherry bomb but also extremely smoky. The combination of these two characteristics makes it really explosive (in taste, of course).

TASTING NOTES
Nose: Intense, smoky, fruity, oak, vanilla.
Taste: Full-bodied, oily, fruity, spicy, peat, sweet-grilled banana, sultanas, dried fruit.
Finish: Long-lasting, sweet, salty, peat, notes of oak.
